Non-destructive testing personnel technical qualification certificate
This certificate is issued in accordance with the international standard ISO9712-2012
GB/T6602-2008 "Methods for Ultrasonic Testing of Steel Forgings", personnel engaged
in non-destructive testing should undergo strict training and assessment in accordance with
relevant regulations or technical conditions, and hold a grade issued by the relevant assessment
organization (China Non-destructive Testing Association) Qualification certificate,
when engaged in the inspection work of the corresponding assessment items, the signature on
the inspection report has legal effect.
GB/T11345-2013 "Ultrasonic Testing Technology, Testing Level and Evaluation for Nondestructive
Testing of Welds", personnel engaged in nondestructive testing should undergo strict training and
assessment in accordance with relevant regulations or technical conditions, and hold relevant assessment
organizations (China Nondestructive Testing). Only the signature on the test report has the legal effect
if the level qualification certificate issued by the testing association) is engaged in the inspection work
of the corresponding assessment item.
